Unpaid or outstanding fees will result
in program withdrawal and denial of future registration, as well as
denial of access to transcripts and certificates. Outstanding fees are
added to any outstanding accounts. Payment of outstanding
accounts may result in reinstatement of regular student status.
RE-ISSUE OF DOCUMENTS
Your tuition fee includes the cost of a timetable,
transcript, certificate (if applicable) and Income Tax Receipt.
Duplication of these items will be subject to the following fees:

RECEIPTS AND INCOME TAX DEDUCTION
Receipts are issued at the time of payment for courses,
texts, etc. Students enrolled at Bow Valley College may be eligible
for tuition credit. To be eligible for a tax receipt, students must be
working towards an occupation or improving their occupation related
skills by taking courses. According to Canada Customs and Revenue
Agency (CCRA), ESL and upgrading students are not eligible for income
tax receipts. Please retain the receipt you receive after registering
as this is your income tax receipt. Duplicate income-tax receipts are
available at a charge, but it is important to hold on to all receipts
for your own records.
