Bow Valley College reserves the right to
cancel programs or courses due to insufficient enrolment or other
unexpected circumstances. Course tuition, content, textbook/supplies
and dates are subject to change.
TRANSFER PROCEDURE
Class changes and transfers to another start date will only
be considered for medical or employment reasons that arise previous to
the start date of the course/program. In such circumstances, a new
registration form must be accompanied by a written request for a
transfer and a valid medical certificate or a letter on the employer’s
letterhead. A $30 administrative fee is charged for all approved
transfers.
WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES AND PROGRAMS
• Students wishing to withdraw from a course or program
must notify the academic department. Students may be eligible for a
refund according to the refund policy.
• The period of enrolment is calculated from the day on which the
program commences to the last day of attendance.
