WTS is business focused, facilitating training that is effective and efficient. Your operational requirements are taken into account - we work to fit your unique needs.
Whenever possible, training is facilitated at the workplace. This reduces the time away from the workplace as trainees are not required to travel to a secondary location. This not only benefits the trainees but also lowers your costs.
You also have the option to register your staff in the appropriate courses offered by Continuing Education at Bow Valley College. This allows you to enroll a limited number of staff without having to invest in a standalone course at the workplace.
WTS representatives sit down with HR leaders to ensure that training schedules have a limited impact on your day-to-day operations. Examples of this may include:
- Onsite delivery of training
- Inter-shift training: allows for the inclusion of staff from two different shifts into a single training class
- Weekend classes
- Online delivery
