All members of the college including students, staff and faculty are expected to follow the policies and guidelines regarding the use of computers and networks provided at Bow Valley College.

Student Computer Locations

Students can access computers at two locations on North Campus during regular library hours.

There are 85 computers available for student use in the 1st floor Library and Learning Commons (LLC). Students can also access 30 computers on the 2nd floor LLC in Room 260.

Computers are available on a first come, first-served basis. School work and school related research are the priority use of the computers in the Library and Learning Commons.

Students can reserve and sign out a laptop from the front circulation desk for up to two hours a day.

Wireless Internet Access

Bow Valley College offers free wireless internet access to students from anywhere in the college.

If you need help connecting to the wireless service please bring your laptop to the Computer Support desk in the 1st floor Library and Learning Commons Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.
