Create a Discussion Post

To create a public discussion message, start by opening your Discussions. This is located on the Course Tools menu on the left hand side of the course Homepage or at the top of your course Homepage.

 

To post a message, click on one of the Topics.

Once you have opened a Topic, Click on Create Message located at the top left hand side of the Discussions area.

When you click on Create Message, a new window will open. Type in a Subject and a Message. Then click on Post located at the bottom left hand side of the window.

When you click on Post, your message will be posted to the Public Discussions. The message will now be public and your class will be able to read the message.
