Place a Hold

Using the LLC catalogue will allow you to place a hold request when all  copies of an item are checked out.

To place a hold:

1. Click on the Place hold.

   

2. Enter your user ID (BVC+Student ID number) and PIN (last 4 digits of your phone number).

   

3. Click on Place hold.

The LLC staff will contact you as soon as the item is ready for you to collect.
