Review and Renew your Loans

To review or renew your loans, you need first to log in to My Account.

Log in to My Account:

1. Access the LLC catalogue.
2. Click on My Account > Review My Account.
3. Enter your User ID (BVC+student ID number) and your PIN (4 last digits of your phone number).
4. Click on Display User Information.

Once you've logged in, the catalogue will display your loans' information (titles, due dates and fines you owe in case you have any). The catalogue will also bring up any hold request you have placed on a checked out item.

In the example below, the person logged in has 2 loans, one of them is overdue.

To renew an item, click the check box beside the item then click Renew Selected Items.

Please remember that you will not be able to renew your loans if:

• The item has a hold on it
• Your borrowing privileges have expired

Loans can also be renewed:

• In person at the North Campus LLC
• By Phone: 403-410-1647
