Resetting Passwords

BVC learners can get their Blackboard and My Account (library account) passwords reset, in-person, at the circulation desk of the Library & Learning Commons.

The learner must provide the circulation desk staff with his/her student ID card in order to get a password reset.

Please note that Blackboard passwords can’t be reset by the LLC staff over the phone or by email. If you are unable to come into the LLC in person, please call the Online Learning Support Help Desk at (403) 464-0836.
