Taking an Assessment

Within your Blackboard courses, you may be asked to complete a quiz or test.

There are different types of quizzes and tests:

  • You may have to complete a test that is password protected. You would complete this at the Bow Valley College Testing Centre.
  • A quiz or test that is open book and can be taken at home or at school
  • A quiz or test that is timed

Depending on your instructor, when you have completed the quiz or test you may be able to view your results of the whole quiz or test or just the final score. Make sure that you talk to your instructor before proceeding with taking any of your quizzes or tests.
