Bow Valley College- Bow Corridor
Designated as the comprehensive community college for Calgary & its surrounding region, Bow Valley College offers you learning opportunities through flexabile delivery options, including classrooms, online or self-paced modules. Whether you are taking a course for interest, to enhance your career skills, finish high school or for English Language learning you have access locally to all the traditional Bow Valley College student supports.
Locally we offer instuctor led and self-paced courses in computer and administration skills, photography workshops and English Language Learning as well as support for those taking online learning courses.
Through funding provided by Alberta Employment and Immigration we offer short term, full-time, fully funded career based training programs for unemployed Albertans to give the skills and confidence to get back in the workforce.
Part-time, online career certificate programs such as Events Management, Human Resources Management, and Accounting and Financial Management allow you to gain college qualifications without having to leave the valley. In partnership with eCampusAlberta, we offer 60+ programs and 600 courses online giving access to many career programs.
Bow Valley College- Bow Corridor is a member of the Bow Valley Learning Council.
Financial Support
- Some courses are eligible for a Bow Valley Learning Council bursary and financial assistance for eligible part-time courses.*
- Alberta Students Finance Board also has a bursary program for part-time studies. Through the Finance Board you may be eligible for financial support up to $5,000 per year if you are on a low income.
- Our full-time 22 week Occupational Skills Training Certificate is fully funded once approved.

Community Learning Centre
Our campuses give you access to post-secondary and continuing education programs and courses by way of online learning, distance education, and video-conferencing. Our campuses offer a learning environment, with other students, away from the distractions of daily living; use of our computer labs; study and learner support services; exam rooms and invigilation (for a fee).
Through eCampusAlberta college courses can come right into your home or our computer lab whenever it is convenient for you.
