Bow Valley College’s academic upgrading learning options are designed to fit the needs and schedules of our learners. Our learning options include traditional classroom instruction, seminar/independent study, self-paced learning, homestudy and online courses. Many programs have frequent start dates. Our instructors are experts in helping adult students master the content of the courses.

Our student advisors and counsellors will help you map the most efficient approach to your academic and career goals.

Support services for students include one-on-one tutoring, career counselling, on-site day care and health services.

Our employment preparation programs provide career planning, job-search techniques and employability skill training. For adults returning to school, our college offers study and life-skills training to improve test scores, memory and reading comprehension.

Our programs are offered at our main campus downtown, Marlborough Mall campus in Calgary’s northeast, as well as numerous sites throughout southern Alberta.
