Winter 2012 Graduation

Registration is now open for our Winter 2012 Ceremony.

You must register online via mybvc by November 25^th, 2011 to attend Bow Valley College's Winter 2012 Graduation Ceremony. Late registrations will NOT be accepted.

 

About the Graduation Ceremony

When: Monday, January 30, 2012.

Graduates must arrive by 1:00 pm.

Ceremony is from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

Where: Jack Singer Concert Hall, Epcor Centre (205-8th Ave SE)

 

Gown Pickup

Wednesday, January 25th, 10 am to 6 pm

2nd Floor, Bow Valley College North Campus

To claim your gown, you must bring your BVC Student ID Card

 

Graduation Photos

For information about graduation photos, please contact the BVCSA (http://www.bvcsa.ca).

 

Before the Ceremony

·               Graduates must arrive at the Jack Singer Concert Hall by 1:00 pm

·               Staff from the College will assist you with getting in place for the procession

·               During this time, you must stay with your class

·               Family members are not permitted in the graduate mustering area

·               Please be considerate and arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to cross the stage.

 

During the Ceremony

·               Graduating lasts approximately two hours

·               Leave all personal belongings (such as coats and purses) either with family members or at the complimentary coat check

·               If your children will be in attendance at the ceremony, they must stay with a family member or friend – children are not permitted to sit with graduates

·               You must follow all directions from College staff

·               All graduates and guests must remain in the auditorium for the duration of the ceremony
