With escalation in construction prices in the Calgary market, the final price tag for this project is still to be determined. It is anticipated that Phase 1 will cost $66 million.


In October 2005, the Government of Alberta pledged $47 million towards the project. Bow Valley College has committed $10 million of its own funds, with $5 million targeted towards each phase.
