Aboriginal Upgrading
First nations, Metis and Inuit students who are planning to attend classes at North (Main) campus, must apply for High School upgrading courses in the daytime North (Main) Campus program (Traditional or FlexClass). Please visit and submit an application through Apply Alberta.
First nations, Metis and Inuit students who are planning to attend at Marlborough Aboriginal campus, please call 403-273-1873 for information about the application process.
Academic Preparation
If you would like to apply for Academic Preparation courses (full-time or part-time), visit and submit an application through Apply Alberta.
High School Upgrading Daytime
If you would like to apply for High School upgrading courses in the daytime North (Main) Campus program (Traditional and FlexClass), visit and submit an application through Apply Alberta.
High School Evenings
- Meet with the instructor in the evening at North (Main) Campus, Room N-525 for an interview (no appointment required) at the times indicated below in order to get a referral form. If you have a transcript of your high school courses, please bring it with you.
- Math/Science - Monday or Wednesday night between 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Room N-525 (FlexClass) North (Main) Campus
- English/Social Studies - Tuesday or Thursday night between 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Room N-525 (FlexClass) North (Main) Campus
- Take the referral form to Registrar's Office and register for the recommended course by paying the fee.
High School Anytime Online and High School Real Time Online
Register directly at www.ecampusalberta.ca by paying the course fee.
Pre-Practical Nurse
If you would like to apply for our Pre-Practical Nurse program, please submit an application through Apply Alberta. To apply for the Pre-Practical Nurse Program, select the High School Upgrading Program because the Pre-Practical Nurse Program is part of the High School Upgrading Program.
GED Preparation Full-time
(Daytime - five days a week)
If you would like to apply for GED Preparation Full-time course, please submit an application through Apply Alberta. To apply for the GED Preparation Full-Time Program, select the High School Upgrading Program because the GED Preparation Full-time Program is part of the High School Upgrading Program.
GED Preparation Part-time Evenings
Register directly in person at the Registrar's Office or over the phone (403-410-1400) by paying the course fee.

To register for our Lifeline to Literacy, Intermediate Literacy, Speech-Assisted Reading and Writing (SARAW), and Adult Basic Literacy Education (ABLE) programs, please call 403-410-1525 or 403-410-1503. To register for our Building Reading and Writing Skills course, please call 403 410 1544.
