Part-Time Certificate Application

Upon completion of all courses required, students need to apply to the Registrar's Office to receive their certificate.

How to Apply

There are two ways to apply for your certificate:

1. Complete the form below.

2. Apply in writing to the Registrar's Office, Part-Time Continuing Education Certificates, Bow Valley College along with the information requested in the form below (i.e. name, student id. and certificate name). If students are requesting a prior learning assessment for a course, a written application together with a copy of previous transcripts or certificates is required. It is at the discretion of the department if a fee is charged for this service.

Please note that it may take 3-4 weeks before certificates are issued.
