Graduates of the risk management program are entitled to apply for the CRM designation through the Global Risk Management Institute (GRMI).


Admission requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Credit in English 30-1 or 30-2 or equivalent
  • Credit in Applied or Pure Math 30 or equivalent
OR:
  • Successful completion of the General Equivalency Development test (GED) with a standard score of 520 in Language Arts:Reading and Writing and 520 in Math
OR:
  • Satisfactory results on the BVC Admissions Test

Admission to Year 2 Specializations

  • Accounting: A Minimum GPA of 2.67 with a minimum grade of B in ACCT 155 and ACCT 156
  • Financial Services: A Minimum GPA of 2.67
  • General: A Minimum GPA of 2.0
  • Risk Management: A minimum GPA of 2.67
