Human Resources Management Certificate
The Human Resources Management Certificate program provides you with practical skills and knowledge to work in the exciting field of Human Resources. In addition to administrative and business training, receive specific training in human resource management, recruitment, selection, compensation and payroll, and employment law. This two-semester (one-year) program includes four weeks of work experience.

Academic Requirements
- Minimum final mark of 60% in English 20-1 or credit in English 30-2 or equivalent
- Minimum final mark of 60% in Applied or Pure Math 10 or equivalent (excluding the 10-4 and 16 levels)
OR:
- Successful completion of the General Equivalency Development test (GED) with a standard score of 520 in Language Arts: Reading and Writing and 450 in Math
OR:
- Satisfactory results on the BVC Admissions Test
