Customs and Logistics – Statutes and Regulations Level I
The first part of this course provides an understanding of Canada Customs. It includes the duties of customs officers and the Customs Act as it relates to the movement of persons and goods into and out of Canada. The second part of the course provides an understanding of Immigration Canada as it relates to the administration and enforcement of the Immigration Act and Regulations, with particular emphasis on the admissibility and inadmissibility of persons entering Canada.
