Dealing with Challenging Behaviours
Review communication techniques, therapeutic relationships, and the role both play in assisting clients who are exhibiting challenging behaviours. As well, this module provides an introduction to various mental illnesses and the components of a mental status assessment. There are many reasons why a client may be exhibiting a challenging
behaviour and understanding these reasons can help the caregiver in preventive planning
