What and Why?

Vision 2020, a board-approved strategic process, is about what Bow Valley College will look like at its best just a decade from now - with a fully complete campus and the capacity to deliver to 20,000 full- and part-time learners in Calgary and Region as well as to countless learners online from our educational hub in the heart of downtown Calgary. Who better to ask what the community needs, expects, and hopes for from Bow Valley College but the community?

How?

Using community-based inquiry (three simple questions and lots of storytelling), Bow Valley College will be holding a series of conversations with you and 2,020 community members to find out their dreams for the College and how BVC can deliver more of what we do well.

Who?

2,020 representatives from government, business, the health sector, not-for-profit organizations, alumni, donors & friends, human resource leaders, post-secondary education colleagues, immigrant communities, Aboriginal groups, faith communities and guidance counsellors, as well as our Board of Governors, students, faculty, staff, and the general public will participate in Vision 2020.
