Alumni and former college students without access to MyBVC or BVC Central may refer to this webpage. Current students can refer to BVC Central for requesting official transcripts.

Official documents will not be issued if there are outstanding financial obligations to Bow Valley College.

Processing Time for Transcripts

Standard Letters and Transcript Requests: up to 5 business days

RESP, CPP and Enrolment Form Requests: up to 10 business days

Parchment Replacement Requests: up to 15 business days.

Practical Nurse Licensing and Credentialing forms: Subject to the School of Health and Wellness timelines

*Documents prior to 2000 may take longer to process.

MyCreds secure electronic transcripts and letters

Bow Valley College issues secured electronic transcripts and letters through a national online portal called MyCreds™, an online credential wallet used by colleges and universities across Canada. MyCreds.ca allows you to access, manage, and securely share your official digital records—such as transcripts and letters—at any time. These documents are certified, tamper-proof, and widely recognized by educational institutions, employers, and other organizations. The college no longer prints or mails official sealed paper transcripts or emails official letters to students or recipients.

Once logged into MyCreds.ca, you can share a secure link to your document with others—such as another post-secondary institution, a future employer, or anyone you choose. These individuals are known as Share Recipients and can only view your verified document if you grant them access through your MyCreds account.

Parchment Replacements

Students who have a lost or damaged parchment can request a parchment replacement. The following parchment replacements can be requested through the Records Department.

· Post-Secondary Certificate, Post-Diploma Certificate or Diploma
· Certificate of Achievement
· Certificate of Completion

There is a $50 processing fee for parchment replacements. Please refer to the Mandatory Non-Instructional Fees for a more detailed fee structure for documents issued. Payment is made on-line through PayMyTuition (Select Make a Payment Option, recipient is Bow Valley College, and pick the first option for Canadian Tuition and Fees).

Payments may take up to 3 to 5 business days to process. Once you have made payment, send a follow up email to records@bowvalleycollege.ca so we can verify payment and process your request accordingly.
