Payments are required for each document you share with the recipient(s) or when you download a document in PDF file format. For full details, see the Mandatory Non-Instructional Fees.
If you receive an error related to your ZIP/Postal Code during payment, contact your financial institution. This usually means the billing information you entered doesn't match what your bank has on file. Payments may appear as “pending” and can take 24 to 48 hours to be refunded or reversed.
To view newly issued or updated documents, you must first purchase at least one (1) share credit. Before downloading or sharing, it’s important to check your document for accuracy. If you spot an error, contact records@bowvalleycollege.ca right away. Once corrected, the Records department will upload the corrected document and you will be able to use the share credit purchased to view the document going forward.
If you download or share the document before reporting an error, you're responsible for the cost of any additional shares.
Please note: If you share or download a document before reporting an error, you’ll be responsible for the cost of any extra share credits. Share credits are non-refundable, and we’re unable to issue refunds for purchased credits or sharing errors.
