Course Description

The art of surveillance is a technical and precise method. Whether you have a little or a lot of experience as an investigator, you will find these surveillance techniques useful. Learn how to watch the activities of a subject, through:

  • foot surveillance,
  • driving surveillance,
  • stakeouts, and
  • electronic surveillance.

Additional Information

Available anytime online; you will have up to four months to complete 10-hour course.

Recognition

Complete all six courses to earn the Certificate of Achievement and you won’t need to write the provincial exam when you apply for a private investigation license in Alberta.

Register for PINV9101 Introduction to Private Investigation first.  Register for the next five courses, in any order, one or two at a time.
