Need help getting started?

‍An Accessibility Advisor can discuss your needs and assist you with the accommodations process. To contact an advisor, call 403-410-1440 or email accessibility@bowvalleycollege.ca. 

*Documentation may be required to access certain accommodations or services.

Documentation Requests

To request the necessary documentation for accommodations:

• Download and print the Functional Limitation Form for your doctor or medical practitioner to complete.
• Calgary Catholic School District: For students who received accomodations at a Calgary Catholic School, visit Calgary Catholic School District and ‍see the Records for Request section for information on obtaining your records. ‍
• Foothills School Division: For students who received accomodations from the Foothills School Division, visit Foothills School Division for instructions on obtaining your records.‍
• Calgary School Board If you received accommodations at a Calgary Public School, visit Calgary Board of Education to download and print the Student Record Request form. Use this form to obtain your records.
