One-on-One Counselling: Professional support, your way.
We’re here to support you with whatever you're facing—big or small. Appointments are available in person or online through video to any current student.
Current students can book free individual counselling with our team of counsellors.
Group Counselling: Grow, connect, and thrive—together
Join a safe, supportive group setting to build skills and strengthen your mental health. Topics include:
- anxiety and depression support,
- resilience for academic success, and
- healthy relationships.
Gender-based & Sexual Violence Support: A safe space for students impacted by sexual violence.
Our Gender-Based and Sexual Violence Advisor can help current students:
- talk through what happened in a supportive and trauma-informed space,
- address any safety concerns,
- understand reporting options (on-campus and off-campus), and
- connect to medical and counselling resources.
Mental Health Trainings & Workshops: Learn to support yourself—and others.
We offer workshops and certified training on:
- Suicide prevention (ASIST, SafeTALK, MindWise on Campus, QPR)
- Mental wellness and emotional resilience (Mental Health First Aid, and more)
- Responding to sexual violence
Peer Support & Student-Led Programs: You’re not alone.
Our trained Wellness Mentors offer peer support, host events, and help create a culture of care on campus. We also offer drop-in peer programs for:
- Neurodivergent and ADHD students
- Students in addiction recovery or those supporting someone who is
Wellness Sessions & Resources: Take care of yourself with practical tools.

- stress management
- mindfulness
- building resilience
