Authorized Agent Representatives & Overseas Representatives

Authorized agents act as intermediaries between you and Bow Valley College. They can assist with tasks like testing your English, booking travel, or securing hotel accommodations. An authorized agent can also help guide you through the application process.

If you prefer, the International Education Office is happy to assist you directly with your registration.

If you're using an agent, complete the Consent to Release Information form in your VAS Portal account. This allows us to share your application details. Add their contact info in the "Share with a representative?" section of the Bow Valley College student application form.

Our programs are very popular and fill up fast.  We encourage you to apply at least eight months before the start date of your program.
