The Okotoks campus offers exam proctoring/invigilation appointments for individuals taking courses through other post-secondary institutions or learning organizations. Exams may only be written from Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00 am or at 1:00 pm and finishing by 4:30 pm, based on campus availability. Each exam writer will be charged an invigilation fee of $70 + GST per sitting, as well as any additional costs incurred (printing, postage, etc.), to be paid on the day of the exam before exam writing begins.
Facilities Management is responsible for the planning, development, maintenance, and safety of all the sites and services within Bow Valley College’s campus community. Through efficient and environmentally sustainable operations, we offer building maintenance, snow removal and landscaping, construction projects and occupant comfort including: heating and cooling, lighting, elevators and other professional services to provide a physical environment that supports and enhances our academic space for students and staff.

The logistics team is located at the loading dock in South Campus on Parking Level 2 (P2) and oversee the following:
All deliveries must check-in with the Receiver at the desk.
To access the loading dock by vehicle, enter via the large bay door off 6th Ave. It says “Loading Dock” on the door.
Note the clearance of the door is 12.5 feet. Five tonne trucks and under fit in the loading dock, if they are under clearance height. There is no forklift available. We have one lift that goes to ground floor of the dock area.
To access the loading dock by foot, enter via doors on the first floor, proceed to elevators and take elevator to P2 Level.
The purchasing of goods and services at Bow Valley College is primarily the responsibility of the Purchasing Services. The overriding objective of the Purchasing Services is to acquire goods and services in a manner that results in the best overall value to Bow Valley College. Open competitions cover a broad range of procurement opportunities to support departments and their requirements. Procurement of goods, services and construction are subject to regional and national trade agreements and internal governance in accordance with policies and procedures.
Typically new vendors are sourced by the buyer's in the Purchasing Services, or are vendors who have responded to a competitive bid opportunity. Vendors who are interested in supplying goods or services to Bow Valley College are encouraged to introduce themselves through purchasing@bowvalleycollege.ca.
To ensure your product or service is properly authorized and that your payment will not be delayed, suppliers, contractors and consultants must ensure they receive a Bow Valley College Purchase Order (PO) number prior to starting work.
