Course Description

This course covers the fundamentals of managerial accounting including:

  • Operations
  • Planning
  • Control
  • Budget preparation and monitoring techniques
  • Methods of analyzing financial statements
  • Business performance measurement techniques
  • Business decision-making tools

A business calculator is required.
