By applying the key learning elements from the previous seven MMP modules, participants will use the principles, latest concepts, and techniques to complete a final project. Each participant will choose a project that audits, assesses, and enhances their current maintenance department, develops a new maintenance strategy for their organization, or addresses a significant maintenance challenge within their department. With instructor approval, participants may also choose to design a “Greenfield” maintenance strategy and program. The Capstone project assessment serves as the qualifying component for participants to earn their MMP certification and designation.
