This module is a study of the fundamentals of the work management process with an overview of the basics of planning, scheduling, and work coordination in order to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance.

Maintenance Work Management Certificate of Achievement

Participants who successfully complete Module 1, An Integrated Strategy for Maintenance Management and Module 6, Maintenance Work Management of the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program can apply for Maintenance Work Management Certificate of Achievement.

Upon completion of the two modules, participants will have a better understanding of the benefits of an integrated maintenance management strategy, as well as the fundamental principles of work management processes in addition to the basics of planning, scheduling, and work coordination methods.

MMP Certification

Participants who successfully complete the eight modules of the MMP program qualify to apply to PEMAC for the MMP certification.
