Bow Valley College is pleased to welcome five new public members and two student members to the Bow Valley College Board of Governors.
Cecilia de la Rocha, Chief Development Officer at Contemporary Calgary Arts Society. With decades of experience in senior development roles, Cecilia has been instrumental in creating and advising multiple Board-appointed committees.
Emma Loewen, Managing Director for the Energy Infrastructure and Transition Group at CIBC Capital Markets. With a career in investment banking spanning nearly two decades, Emma has advised on a broad spectrum of Alberta-based power transactions from both a financing and M&A perspective.
Michael G. Kaumeyer, Partner at Richter. With more than two decades of experience advising high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and foundations, Michael offers deep expertise in financial stewardship, family governance, and legacy planning.
Sherie Toner, Senior Sales and Marketing Executive and co-founder of Calgary Media Pros. With more than 15 years of senior account management experience at Corus Entertainment and a long record of community leadership, Sherie brings strategic communications expertise and a strong commitment to civic engagement.
Sara Murray, Chief Product Officer at SMART Technologies. As an accomplished business professional with more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Sara has led organizations in the development and execution of transformational initiatives.
Tchukas Ezeudoye, President of the Students’ Association of Bow Valley College, and a student in the Health Care Aide program. Tchukas holds a Bachelor of Engineering and is the founder of a fashion design company aiming to achieve 100% green fashion by 2030.
David Garcia, Vice President of the Students’ Association of Bow Valley College, and a student in the Business Administration – Insurance and Risk Management program. David is a passionate student leader committed to advocating for students and enhancing the student experience across campus.
