Roger Crowe brings a unique combination of business expertise and healthcare simulation experience to medical education. With an MBA in International Trade & Finance, BSc (Pre Med), and multiple professional certifications including CCPE, Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, and Project Management Qualified, Crowe spent 15 years in the solid organ transplant community as a Medical Science Liaison with Fujisawa, working with transplant centers across Canada. He then transitioned to 10 years with CAE Healthcare as Regional Manager, collaborating with post-secondary institutions globally and developing innovative training protocols for the US Army using Microsoft Hololens AR technology. Currently managing the simulation program for the School of Health and Wellness, Crowe has received professional media training and offers expert commentary on healthcare simulation, medical education technology, and innovative training methodologies. His community involvement includes former presidency of Willow Ridge Community Association, founding CARTOD (Communities Advocating for Responsible Transit Oriented Development), and serving as advisor to multiple Calgary city boards.
