Prior to joining BVC, she brought corporate HR experience and taught career development and job search courses at CCIS. With a Master of Education in Adult Learning (with published research on HyFlex teaching and learning), Business Administration Diploma in Public Relations and HR, and Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication, Miftahov-Rapoport combines scholarly expertise with practical industry knowledge. Her career spans international development, cross-cultural engagement, and work in three countries—shaping a global perspective she brings to her teaching and speaking.
