Svetlana Miftahov Rapoport is an internationally-experienced HR professional, educator, and dynamic speaker with expertise in organizational development, talent management, and human-centered learning design. As Program Chair teaching business courses with focus on HR at the Chiu School of Business, she also taught Business Communication, Computer Applications, and Business Math. Prior to joining BVC, she brought corporate HR experience and taught career development and job search courses at CCIS. With a Master of Education in Adult Learning (with published research on HyFlex teaching and learning), Business Administration Diploma in Public Relations and HR, and Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication, Miftahov-Rapoport combines scholarly expertise with practical industry knowledge. Her career spans international development, cross-cultural engagement, and work in three countries—shaping a global perspective she brings to her teaching and speaking. Coming from a family of educators, she views learning as foundational to meaningful life and growth.
