Developing Through Play

Through multiple worldviews, including Indigenous perspectives, students explore how play supports child development. The course examines how environments influence creativity and curiosity and applies evidence-based approaches to extend play through risk-taking, problem-solving, and inquiry. Students also design play spaces using natural materials and loose parts to support growth and engagement.
