Current and emerging technologies create a wide range of possibilities in health and human services. This course examines the opportunities and barriers of evolving technologies in these sectors. Through the perspective of a health and human services manager, students explore the impact of increasing reliance on technology by individuals, organizations, and society. Students also develop strategies for implementing technology-enabled change initiatives while addressing related ethics and privacy considerations.
