This course introduces fundamental financial planning knowledge and the personal financial planning process. Students explore key concepts that influence an individual’s and family’s financial well-being. The course also focuses on collecting and analyzing essential information to begin the financial planning process. It is eligible toward the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Core Curriculum program. It is recommended that students enroll in Financial Markets and Products (FNSR2301) in the same term.
