Course Description

This course explores strategic, ethical, and technological dimensions of talent acquisition in the Canadian context. Students design and implement talent acquisition and retention processes that align with organizational strategy while leveraging workforce planning, AI, and people analytics. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing candidate experience, optimizing Employee Value Proposition EVP, and fostering inclusion and diversity. Students will evaluate the legal frameworks governing HR practices, examine the role of data and innovation in recruitment, and develop skills to support workforce mobility, retention, and collaboration in a rapidly evolving, digital-driven environment.
