At Bow Valley College, your student journey goes beyond the classroom. Through volunteering, leadership development, and intercultural engagement, you'll build real-world skills, meet new people, and make a difference—on campus and in your community.

Volunteer Collective 

Join the Volunteer Collective and help with college-wide events like New Student Orientation, Open House, student events, and more. You’ll also be introduced to off-campus opportunities in Calgary. Training and guidance are provided. Learn more: engagement@bowvalleycollege.ca 

The Ali Family Intercultural Centre 

Celebrate diversity. Build community. The Ali Family Intercultural Centre is the heart of student life at Bow Valley College. It’s a welcoming space where students gather for cultural events, creative workshops, or a quick game of table tennis. 

LEAD Academy: Leadership Development 

Discover the leader in you.  LEAD Academy is an opportunity to grow through interactive workshops, campus volunteering, and personal reflection.

Sustainability Committee 

Join student-led initiatives focused on building a greener, more sustainable campus. Take part in clean-up events, share your ideas at committee meetings, and celebrate Earth Month through art and education. For more information, email sustainability@bowvalleycollege.ca
