
The General Arts and Sciences – Health Sciences certificate provides students with a strong interdisciplinary foundation for academic and professional success in the health care sector. Students gain a foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology, developing essential knowledge of human health and disease processes. Emphasis is placed on effective communication, critical thinking, and mathematical principles used in the health care sector. Graduates are well-prepared for further study in health sciences and understand the evolving role of technology in the health care sector.
