Do I receive the CPB designation after completing the Bookkeeping Professional Certificate?

No. Completing the program does not automatically grant the CPB designation. However, graduates receive a fast-track opportunity through CPB Canada. Graduates of our Bookkeeping program  will have the standard two-year work experience and reference letter requirements waived by CPB. Upon graduation, students can join CPB Canada and will only need to write and pass the Technician level entry test. Upon passing, they will have achieved the Technician level at CPB Canada and will receive a digital credential. For the CPB level, graduates can attempt that level after gaining one year of work experience post-graduation. This fast track essentially saves all students two years.
