The Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) certification program covers a breadth of topics and is relevant for the following personnel working in manufacturing and municipal infrastructure:
Participants will develop the knowledge to provide cost effective management of the existing physical assets and insight into future acquisitions, improvements in uptime, production capacity, equipment reliability, safety, environmental compliance, economic life of assets, return on investment and effective communication between departments.
Participants who successfully complete Module 1, An Integrated Strategy for Maintenance Management and Module 5, Maintenance Strategy Development of the Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) program can apply for Maintenance Strategy Development Certificate of Achievement.
Upon completion of the two modules, participants will have a better understanding of the benefits of an integrated maintenance management strategy, as well as the fundamentals of a robust maintenance program, and the various maintenance processes and methods that should be included.
Participants who successfully complete the eight modules of the MMP program qualify to apply to PEMAC for the MMP certification. By earning the MMP certification, practitioners not only acquire the critical skills demanded by top employers but also position themselves as a strategic, well-rounded maintenance leader, ready to contribute to the long-term success of their organization.
