Paying It Forward: One Alum’s Impact Through Mentorship

Eartha Daliuag's transition from the classroom to a thriving career is a testament to how Bow Valley College students continue to launch, advance and evolve to reach their professional goals. In 2021, Eartha began her educational journey at Bow Valley College, enrolling in the Business Administration Diploma program, with a focus on Supply Chain Management. Without any prior experience in the field, Eartha embraced the challenge and graduated in 2023. Shortly after, she landed an impressive role as a buyer at a tech company, marking a significant career pivot from her background in the hotel industry.

Eartha attributes much of her success to the mentorship and career services she accessed at Bow Valley College. These resources not only provided her with the tools and confidence to navigate her career path but also inspired her to give back. Today, she is a dedicated mentor, guiding Bow Valley students through the same challenges she once faced.
